ENDURA PRODUCTS CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE - MARCH 17, 2020

A letter FroM Bruce Procton, President of Endura Products

To Our Valued Customers:

At Endura, the health and well-being of our employees, local communities, and business partners is our top priority.  Despite all the uncertainties surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we promise to stay committed and responsive as the situation evolves.   As we all continue to grapple with this escalating health crisis, I want to share an update on the steps we’re taking at Endura to protect our employees and you, our customer, as we work through this unprecedented situation.

While our current plan is to operate our business as usual, being prepared and proactively limiting the possibility of spreading the virus within our facilities as well as local communities is obviously the best and fastest way of getting this situation under control.  With that in mind, last week we asked our sales force to cease their travel and in-person customer visits, enacted restrictions on those visiting our facilities, enhanced our policies and procedures surrounding sanitization of commonly used and shared spaces in our offices and manufacturing plants, temporarily modified our sick time and attendances policies, and engaged our health insurance providers to minimize cost of doctor visits and tests for our employees.

Even though we may need to adjust how we interact internally and with our external business partners, we recognize that communication during these uncertain times becomes more important than ever.  As of last week, in an effort to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our service, we began to transition toward increased number of video conferences and virtual meetings.  With your participation, our plan is to utilize these means of communication to ensure our proper understanding of your needs and potential changes to your daily business.  We are all dealing with unprecedented circumstances, but we believe that by doing it together, we will be able minimize short-term and long-term effects of COVID-19 on our communities and businesses.

We encourage you to reach out to your local Endura salesperson, Territory Sales Manager or corporate contact with any questions, feedback or requests you may have throughout this situation.  As always, we are committed to supporting your business, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we take precautions to protect the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and our communities.

Sincerely,
