Dear Endura Products partners:
I hope this message finds all of you safe and well. It's been several days since my last update regarding Endura's status in the midst of COVID-19 developments, and a lot has changed during this time. We have all learned new ways of conducting business, social distancing is becoming the new norm, and many of our industry partners are trying to determine if their businesses are considered "essential" in light of several states, counties and cities enacting "shelter in place" policies.
As a company with facilities spread across the country, I want to let you know that so far, all of the "shelter in place" orders relevant to our organization have considered Endura to be an "essential" business. While we continue to increase the number of our office employees working from home, our manufacturing facilities are operational in North Carolina, Texas, and Oregon. We will let you know if anything changes.
At Endura, we've been able to implement precautionary policies while maintaining our production capacities and continuing to work on COVID-19 contingency plans. While "business as usual" does not apply to today's reality, we are determined to ensure that our quality and service don't take a step back during this difficult time. To do so, we are relying on continuous communication between our sales staff and you, and we ask that you inform us about the status of your business as often as possible.
We encourage you to reach out to your local Endura salesperson, Territory Sales Manager, or corporate contact with any questions, feedback, or requests you may have throughout this situation. As always, we are committed to supporting your business, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we take precautions to protect the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and our communities.
